Individual Counselling
Life doesn’t always follow a straight path, and it can be helpful to talk things through with someone who listens without judgment. In individual counselling, we work together to explore what’s showing up for you—whether it’s stress, anxiety, low motivation, identity struggles, burnout, or navigating neurodivergence. I take an integrative approach that draws from modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, IFS, and mindfulness to support your unique needs. This is a collaborative space where we make room for curiosity, clarity, and growth—on your terms.
Parent & Family Consulting
Raising kids—especially neurodivergent ones—can be deeply rewarding and deeply challenging. I offer a non-judgmental space for parents and caregivers to reflect, ask questions, and build tools that support connection, boundaries, and emotional regulation. Whether you're feeling stuck, unsure how to respond to certain behaviours, or wanting to strengthen your relationship with your child, I’ll work alongside you with warmth and clarity. My approach is informed by psychology, behaviour science, and relational work, and always grounded in respect for your family's values.
Skills Coaching & Mentorship
Sometimes support doesn’t need to look clinical—it can be practical, encouraging, and tailored to everyday life. In skills coaching and mentorship, I work with youth and young adults to build confidence, executive functioning, emotional regulation, communication, and goal-setting. This is ideal for folks navigating transitions, trying to figure out who they are and what they want, or working through motivation and follow-through challenges. Sessions are collaborative and strength-based, with a focus on helping clients feel capable in their own lives.
Peer Groups for Teens
Adolescence is full of changes—and sometimes it helps to go through it with peers who get it. These small, supportive groups give teens a space to explore emotions, practice social connection, and develop tools for things like boundaries, communication, and coping with stress. The atmosphere is relaxed, inclusive, and designed especially for neurodivergent youth. Through structured activities and open dialogue, group members build self-awareness, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Outdoor Walk & Talk Sessions
Some conversations are easier when you’re moving. Walk & Talk sessions combine the benefits of nature with the grounding support of therapy. We take our session outside—whether in the forest, a park, or along a quiet trail—and let the environment guide our pace. These sessions can be especially helpful for clients who feel stuck indoors, are managing anxiety or sensory overwhelm, or simply think better on the move.
